Do you know? 4 Mistaken ideas of fitness!

I’m not gonna tell you guys some expertise in gym or muscle-bounds, what I wanna indicate today is some rumors about daily exercise existing within our folks:

Mistaken idea 1: Only sweating can be recognized as effective sports.
As a matter of fact, during the exercise process, "sweating" could not be the standard to evaluate the effectiveness of exercise. It is closely related to all parts of the body, and the criteria that actually reflect effective sports are the increasing cardiopulmonary activity, the whole body being dynamic and other aspects. However sweating is only a natural reflection of a person’s certain amount of exercise. Plus, the ability of different people producing sweat is different, which can be differed into adventurer and conservative types, that means A can sweat as long as body moves slightly, but B have to undergo the consistent intensive exercise to sweat.

Mistaken idea 2: Muscle’s pain means good exercise.
If your muscles feel painful after the exercise, this actually means your exercise is in an unsuitable way. Thanks to massive intensity of muscles fast movements, the thickness of lactic acid in the muscle increase and then accumulate to some extent, which leads to the pain caused by the nerve endings of stimulated muscles.

Mistaken idea 3: Large amount of exercise contribute to the rapid weight loss.
Only long-term continuous exercise can consume a lot of calories, and then with a reasonable diet can make weight loss easier. So if you keep a proper diet at the same time, you will see a better effect.

Mistaken idea 4: Going backward is beneficial to health.

Some folks claim that walking backward can prevent the lumbar disease and increase the cardiopulmonary function at the same time. Unfortunately that’s wrong. There are a lot of exercises not only like walking backward which goal is to strengthen the effect of exercise. As a matter of fact, these unauthorized walking acts do little good to the enhancement of cardiopulmonary performance.
