Do you sleep with makeup on?

Last Sunday, I dragged my feet home from a party at the midnight. Exhausted, I fell asleep as soon as I lied in the bed. When I woke up and looked into the mirror in the next morning, I found I rubbed my eyes while I slept and smeared mascara and eyeliner everywhere. Worse still, sleeping with makeup causes acnes!

Did this scene also happen to you? Admit it -- if you wear makeup, at one point or another, you've probably gone to sleep with it on. Whether you forgot you were wearing it or you were just too tired to bother removing it, it happens. The important thing is to make sure it doesn't become a habit.

Makeup makes us look and feel much more beautiful, but sleeping with it on often lead you to the opposite way. The problem with makeup is that it clogs pores and prevents sebum from doing its job -- instead, you may walk up to pimples. The most terrible thing is sleeping with make up on can age our skin up to 10 times as fast compared to having a clean face when sleeping.

Obviously, leaving makeup on overnight does harm rather than good. We should develop a good habit we remove our makeup each night before we go to sleep. What we should do is to use makeup remover and facial cleaner to clean our skin and make sure our skin is free of makeup. I have to mention that you must make sure your eye makeup is removed thoroughly in case of contact irritation, an allergic reaction or even an infection.

Free your skin of makeup before sleep is definitely a vital step of skin care.❤
