NOTICE! Women are not supposed to work out like men do

I just found out some of my female friends always work out in mannish style, in a pace they thought was dead on. However women's fitness differs from men's fitness like they come from different planets. Achieving the fitness level, therefore, requires a different approach.

Muscle Building
Men utilize weight training to practice muscle, for them, working out is a sport, and they do it because it's fun and competitive. But women are more likely to shape those muscles, fitness is a cursory issue, they do it because it will let them look beautiful. For both men and women, muscle building will facilitate healthier heart with tougher tissue. Women will also benefit from avoiding osteoporosis, which becomes a problem in post-menopause – something men have no worry about.

Metabolism
A man will consume more calories even when sitting still than a woman will, so men can lose more weight with less exercise. But women surpass men when it comes to flexibility and stretching routines like Pilates and yoga. Men prefer athletic activities that don't require dancing or others involving coordination.

Body Fat
Most men tend to work hard on the upper body, whereas women focus on the legs and bottoms. Women have more flexibility compared to men, and therefore more body fat. On the other hand, men are less flexible because of their body structure and tend to have less fat.

Goals
Women’s goal is to lose weight, while men are meant to add more muscle mass. Men tend to think short-term; women will think longer, even in the fitness world. Women also want to have the sense of being healthier but not just musclewoman.
