7 tips for building your perfect body shape

3. Choose fruit instead of dessert

4. Eat as slow as possible
Your brain need some time to receive the message that you are full. Or you will eat too much which beyond your real need.

5. Have a reasonable diet plan
Maybe you should plan what you eat in a week and how often you will eat. A reasonable diet plan may give you a big help and prevent you from making detours.

6. Set an attainable goal
An attainable goal will help you stick to carrying out your fitness plan. If you set a goal which is too hard to reach, you may be easy to fail and feel frustrated halfway.

7. Drink black coffee
Black coffee is very good for losing weight. It helps speed up the rate of metabolism which finally benefits you in losing weight. But you should not drink coffee with sugar which will lead you to the opposite way.
