Say no to overnight

Recently, one of my friends told me she had suffered from insomnia. What’s worse, It caused her bad skin. I used to stay up to finish my work for a long period. During that time, I had skin condition that I didn’t have before, like acne and uneven pigmentation. So I turned to my friend who is a dermatologist for help. He gave me some Instructions and helped me tackle this problem.


After a month’s beauty sleep, amazing thing happened when I looked into the mirror, I was radiant without any skin condition!
Hey, friends, it’s time for me to share my method of having a beauty sleep to all of you.To have a beauty sleep, you must eat less at dinner. A cup of milk is surely good for your sleep. What’s more, you’d better stop working on your desk or at least no bother minding any daily issues half an hour ahead of bed time, so that you may be more likely to enjoy a deep sleep. 



Being comfortable is also a key factor which affects your quality of sleep, so a health pillow is absolutely necessary for me.


However, the factor which contributes the most to your beauty sleep is not “how long you sleep” but “which period you choose to sleep”.
A wise woman will go bed before 23:00pm because she knows 23:00pm to 2:00am is a prime time for your body tissues to rebuild.
