Slow the pace of ageing

Women who are nearly 30 will face a big problem—aging. Maybe they can cover their wrinkles by putting on makeup but they can’t lie themselves when they look into the mirror after removing makeup.

You really are what you eat. A healthy skin starts with a healthy diet. After all, your diet has a major impact on the health of your skin, inside and outside. If you are not a vegetarian, you may need motivation to eat more fruits and vegetables, caring about your appearance just is the push you need to fill your plate with more fruits and vegetables.


Woman is made of water. And a woman’s youth is largely relied on how much water they drink. Consequently, drinking lots of water is one of the easiest ways to look your best. Water is also a key to keeping skin moist, plump and supple. Fine lines and wrinkles appeared more pronounced when your skin lack water.


Smoker and alcoholic look older than they really are: grey skin, gauntness, and wrinkles around the mouth and eyes, and deep lines in the cheeks. So if you want to delay the signs of aging, it’s not wise for you to drink a lot or smoke.


Aging is inevitable, but looking older doesn’t have to be. Slow the pace of aging and get ready to put your best face forward!
