I adore fruits. Not only for the taste also the nutrition within. Most people are in favor of a range of fruits, but in fact, different fruits contain different kinds of nutrients. So people should choose different fruits based on their characteristics. Here are some tips for you to choose to most suitable fruit.
1、Persimmons for heavy workers
Those who have high-tensioned physical work are supposed to obtain persimmon in their diet. Since persimmons contain a high quantity of iron, which can increase the amount of hemoglobin in blood.
2、Pineapples for exercisers
Pineapples contain an abundance of vitamins and 16 kinds of natural substances essential for human bodies. These elements tend to improve our digestion systems and reduce the opportunity of inflammation. Moreover, Pineapples can ease blood circulation problems to some extent and accelerate the recovery of outward wounds.
3、Bananas for patient jobs
According to recent medical research, bananas can ease our sense of nerve, which may improve the work efficiency and deal with fatigue. Plus, bananas are able to cope with depression of people. Banana is also renowned for its various elements involved, like vitamin E, calcium, iron and beta-carotene.
4、Avocadoes for computer users
At present, working places are more likely to have computers included. Avocadoes with vitamin E and vitamin B2 can protect human’s eyes, therefore those who usually sit in front of computers should obtain more avocadoes. The children and elderly should take it for granted as well.
5、Oranges for drivers
Drivers seem to absorb more polluted air than norms do, so drivers are suggested to eat oranges which aid them get rid of toxins caused by the gas. Orange is abundant of vitamin C and this element can enhance our immunity system and be rid of the toxic substances. Additionally, People who suffer from high blood pressure and arteriosclerosis should eat more oranges in that vitamin P can improve the elasticity of blood.
